Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of medical supplies and B2B transactions, Medico Misr applies a strict and controlled Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before shipment and upon written confirmation from Medico Misr.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer permitted.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or damage during delivery.
  • All return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Returned items must be:
  1. Unused
  2. In original packaging
  3. In resalable condition

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Opened or used medical products
  • Sterile or single-use items
  • Custom or special-order products

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned items.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or via bank transfer, as applicable.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is caused by Medico Misr.
