Delivery Scope

Delivery services are available within Egypt only.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, product availability, and logistics partners.

Shipping Fees

Shipping and delivery fees are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination.
All applicable fees will be communicated and approved prior to shipment.

Risk & Responsibility

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client upon delivery.
Clients are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt and reporting any issues within 24 hours.

Delays

Medico Misr shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
